By using SABTC, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve SABTC.

Depending on how you use the App, this may include:

• Account information: such as your email address, account identifier, username or display name if you create an account.
• Game information: including scores, personal bests, progression, levels, achievements, Daily Challenge results, qualifying grid progress, games played and completed, and grid-specific statistics.
• Leaderboard information: such as your selected display name, score, grid size and ranking information.
• Technical information: such as device type, operating system, app version and diagnostic information that may be necessary to maintain reliability and security.
• Advertising information: if advertising services are used in the App, advertising providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies and the configuration of those services.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Request

SABTC does not require access to your precise location, contacts, health information, camera or microphone to provide its core gameplay.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through SABTC unless a future feature specifically requires it and appropriate notice is provided.

4. Guest Play

SABTC may allow you to play without creating an account. In this situation, certain game progress may be stored locally on your device.

If you later create an account, eligible local progress may be associated with your account so that your progression and statistics can be retained.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide and operate SABTC;
• save and synchronise game progression;
• maintain personal scores and leaderboards;
• provide Daily Challenges and related statistics;
• detect cheating, abuse or fraudulent submissions;
• maintain security and prevent misuse;
• diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
• understand how the App is used and improve its features; and
• display advertising where applicable.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate parts of SABTC, including services for hosting, authentication, databases, infrastructure, analytics, advertising and application distribution.

These providers may process information on our behalf and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Advertising and Analytics

SABTC may use third-party advertising or analytics services. The information collected by these services depends on the services actually integrated into the App and how they are configured.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request consent or provide applicable privacy controls before enabling relevant tracking or personalised advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information within a reasonable period, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or other legitimate purposes.

SABTC is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where it should not have been collected, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Projevity Pty Ltd is an Australian company. Where applicable, we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
