Delete your SABTC account
This page provides an external way to request deletion of your SABTC account and associated personal information.
SABTC is operated by Projevity Pty Ltd (ACN 696 573 154).
How to delete your account
If you are signed in to SABTC, you can initiate account deletion through the account settings within the App.
If you cannot access the App or prefer to request deletion externally, email us using the address below from the email address associated with your SABTC account.
Request Account DeletionWhat will be deleted?
When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably possible, including:
- your SABTC account;
- account-associated email and profile information;
- cloud-synchronised game progression;
- personal game statistics;
- achievements associated with the account; and
- grid-specific game records associated with the account.
Some information may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form, where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
We may also retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes.
Leaderboard information
Deleting your account will remove or de-identify your personal association with leaderboard information where technically and reasonably possible.
Aggregated or anonymised leaderboard statistics may remain where they no longer identify you.
Processing time
We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days, subject to verification, technical requirements and any information that we are required or permitted to retain.
