1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SABTC ("the App"), a puzzle game operated by Projevity Pty Ltd (ACN 696 573 154) ("Projevity", "we", "us" or "our").

By downloading, accessing or using SABTC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You may use SABTC only where permitted by applicable law and the rules of the platform through which you access the App.

If you are using an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Using SABTC

SABTC is provided for personal, lawful entertainment and gameplay.

You must not use SABTC to:

• cheat, exploit bugs or manipulate game results;
• submit fraudulent or artificially generated scores;
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• access accounts or information belonging to another person;
• reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical protections except where permitted by law;
• use automated systems to manipulate leaderboards; or
• use the App for unlawful purposes.

4. Accounts

SABTC may allow you to play without creating an account. Certain features, including cloud synchronisation and account-based progression, may require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Scores and Leaderboards

SABTC may provide leaderboards and personal statistics based on game performance.

Scores may be validated before being accepted. We may reject, remove or adjust scores where we reasonably believe they result from cheating, exploitation, technical manipulation or other invalid activity.

Leaderboard rankings are not guaranteed to be permanently available and may change as the App and its services are updated.

6. Game Progression

SABTC may provide progression systems, achievements, grid unlocks, scores and other in-game milestones.

These features are part of the App and do not represent monetary value. Projevity may modify progression systems where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or balance the App.

7. Advertising

SABTC may display advertising provided by third-party advertising services.

Projevity does not control the content of advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers and is not responsible for products or services advertised by those providers.

8. Intellectual Property

SABTC, including its software, game design, visual design, graphics, branding, text, logos and other content, is owned by or licensed to Projevity Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended personal purpose.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

9. User Content

If SABTC allows you to provide information such as a username or display name, you remain responsible for the content you provide.

You must not use names or other content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, misleading or infringing of another person's rights.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep SABTC available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of SABTC where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, development or operational reasons.

You may request deletion of your SABTC account through the App or through our external account deletion page.

Account deletion may permanently remove account-associated game progression, statistics and other personal information, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain.

12. Third-Party Services

SABTC may depend on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, advertising, analytics, app distribution and other infrastructure providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SABTC is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projevity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, SABTC.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SABTC where reasonably necessary, including where a user materially breaches these Terms, attempts to compromise the security of the App, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

Your continued use of SABTC after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
